Alumni of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade & Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management.

He has more than a decade of experience in Technology and HR domain across Corporate HR, HR Product Development, HR Process and System Consulting and implementation of SuccessFactors. He has led and participated in several Current State Analyses and Final State Needs Development.

Gautam brings a blend of functional and technical expertise, having managed project execution and e2e implementation of SuccessFactors in 17 projects across industries. He is proficient in mapping business requirements, risk management, resource planning and integration, quality assurance and troubleshooting for complex information systems management pertaining to the implementation of the SuccessFactors.
